Well my views didn’t change about the new culture that I have been researching on I just answered the questions I began with and that I found out that they do not shower because they don’t want to let the animal know that I was there or they would run away so I just basically learned new things about this culture that I have been studying for the last two weeks or so what I still don’t understand is why men and or women like to hunt it makes no sense to me but its good meat I have had it before it tastes just like chicken or steak just a little more tender so to explain this my opinions about this culture did not really change I just learned more about what hunters do and why they hunt for food for their families and they mostly likely hunt to get away and be out in the woods alone from everyone else? I mean hunters are hunters and there will always be different kinds of hunters no hunter is the same type of hunter I mean so hunters hunt with guns and others hunt with bow and arrows some hunt in groups others alone some things I learned were why hunters wear camouflaged clothing so that animals will not see them but make sure they wear orange to be able to be scene by other hunters I think maybe one day I would like to go hunting now that’s just a maybe…..

Spend some more time observing the group you wrote about in Blog Post 4 and 5. What other signifiers, beyond language, does the culture use?

hmmm they would use symbols to represent the type of stuff they hunt for umm im not sure weapons they use maybe and what they take with them when they went hunting hmm also the type of clothing they were could symbolize what type of people they are who they hunt with like if they hunt with family symbolizes how they get along with who they are hunting with if they will last that long how long they are gone for where they hunt usually they hunt farther away from their home rather then close to their home because of the type of animals they hunt the clothing would be how they can see eachother so they don’t shoot one another this is a hard one what other types of things besides language maybe the type of food they eat while they are hunting or how they sleep can be a big part because if you dont get enough sleep how you going to hunt well when your falling asleep holding a bow and arrow or even a gun who wants that type of person hunting with them certainly not me il pass some other things i learned was what time to get up in the morning you have to get up early so you can actually get an animal to hunt you have to trick the animal make him believe you are sleeping and not hunting him while he is hunting for his own food… thats the way too do it

I saw Jackie was standing behind the door with a .38 ruger semiautomatic in her hand ready to fire at anything that walked through the door through the window and then In walked durrutti he’s said I need help I need something to mellow me out do you have anything so Jackie walks over with some angel dust and offers him some and he takes it and a second later the room was spinning and it wouldn’t stop he had said he just got done visiting with kulak and the cops were messing with his mind and he couldn’t control what was happening and I kept thinking oh shit he’s going to blow my cover this can’t happen so I start thinking what can I do to him so he won’t blow my cover. Then I see arlo come out of nowhere wearing a silk robe and Jackie gets all excited to see her she says where you have been my darling as I’m leaning in I see that durritti is acting very weird so then I decide I might as well go in and talk to him and then I realize what I’m wearing some blue dickies and a black Hanes t shirt I look like a total Mexican which I am so I lit up and Marlboro and walked in too the room and decided to tell everyone I knocked up my girl and needed some advice and started talking to durritti well Ricky is what I call him about what I should do about the whole thing about the cop that got killed on mission street and I durritti Ricky said what I’m not some advice column place and he was making me very angry because here I am asking him for some help and all he keeps saying is I can’t help you man you’re on your own… and I’m like shit man I can’t do this on my own I have to think about my future my kid that will be coming into this world at the first of the year man what do I do and he just basically kept ignoring me like dude I told you it’s not my problem I’m like but I need help I need to tell someone what I know I mean these cops are messing with you why don’t we tell him what they want to hear and maybe then they will get off your case and that’s when Ricky was like man did you kill the cop on mission street oh shit he knows what do I do I can’t go to jail I have a baby coming what will they think of me when they find out I’m in jail and not there for my baby what can I do man Ricky you have to help me please come on please I can’t turn myself help me “I beg you please someone help me!” I don’t want to go to jail Ricky will you take the blame for me?

Hunting for men is a symbol of manhood when they catch the food to bring home or shall I say when they shoot or kill the prey to bring home and provide for their family of family tradition in any family the only real language I see would be that they enjoy hunting its something they have always done in their family for example my dad hunts every year around this time with his older brother ya they have not go anything since my grandpa passed on but they still go every year its time away for them and they get to be boys out in the woods it’s a fun time for them and even my younger brother goes this year and he has a blast every time the only real language I get from this culture is that even though they never get anything they get to spend time together and its like a bonding time for them and if they get something yippee for them that’s a good sign then we have meat even though I don’t really know the difference of what kind of meat I’m eating I just eat it hmm another symbol would be that they all wear the same types of clothing and dress the same so they know that their hunters I have observed what they wear eat while hunting I actually went grocery shopping with my mom for my dad to go hunting this weekend he brings a lot of quick foods know so much home cooking more like simple types of foods that are easy to make

Hunting I would say this is more of a mans culture then a woman’s because women don’t like to be cold and deal with bloods and guts but am not saying all women are that way but most women are so I would say that I expect to observe the different types of hunting and to figure out why people go hunting what’s there purpose in going and why would you want to kill an animal other then its good meat I know that but what about for the vegetarians out there and people who are against animal killing and hunting in general so far I have read an article about whether or not hunters should be aloud to hunt in public parks why not it’s the same thing as letting sex offenders hunt or prey on little children in public parks so what would be the difference oh ones using his hands and the other is using a gun to kill an animal or prey on an animal I would not want hunting to go in a public park where people take their little children to play but It would be the same thing as a sex offender preying on little kids so where should I stand hmm I wonder why its such a thing to do with father and sons and grandpas uncles wonder why?? maybe it goes back to when there was pioneers is why we hunt to this day i guess i will have to do more research to come up with that answer…

The Article I read was called “Should Hunting be allowed in parks? its about a ecologist talking about whether or not hunting should be aloud in public parks like state parks or parks that kids play at how would you get cougars and bears back in the public parks but the truth of the matter is that parks are too small for any person to hunt or even think about hunting would it be better to have animals rather then human hunters like sexual predators or animals preying on other animals or for that matter humans…. so whats the difference really none except that hunters hunt to kill animals not sexual predators but there still hunting?? this article would change any hunters idea about hunting in a public park or state park because nobody wants to listen too gunshots in a park while there playing with their children thats why this article says to not allow hunting in a park because its the same thing as a child predator it shows the similiaritys this article made want to do my next paper on hunting because it interested me for what my paper would be about probably about the different types of hunters out there to name a few would be gun,bow, and all the different animals you can hunt like deer,elk,fesent,rabits but mostly people hunt for deer and elk most of the year like right now is hunting season where all the dads fathers and realatives are out hunting for dinner to bring home….

Alike : My paper and the article both talk about when other students would come and visit him while he was in school and he enjoyed it helped him to be able to interact with other students and thats what i would do to help with the younger little buddys with disablities…

Different: My paper is different becuase i talk about actually working with and being still involved with students with different ablilites the article talks about how they’re trying to push disabled students out of regualr classrooms..

Well this is not really a culture its more like something that i was in High School so that you get the chance to interact with different people with different ablititys it was a great experience there is many things that i would have done differently…..should know the parents and things about the student before you give them and type of discipline or food because who knows they could be allergic and thats no good they could end up in the hospital over something you did or gave them make sure your never ignore someone with a disablitily always keep your eyes on them at all times because one turn away could lead to trouble.. When you work with special needs kids a or adults do not treat them any different then the way you would like to be treated be patient with them dont talk about personal things they may repeat communication is the number one thing that you should always keep in mind when dealing with disabled students when i was in the dance class the girls in their didnt understand the disabled girl because she would touch them inappropriate or take her clothes off or hit them they didnt want to take the time to learn about her they just thought she was weird and would go and tatall on her because they did not understand why she did those things so i dont know if this makes any sense what so ever but I didnt really ever belong to a group club just not my thing……

I use to belong to a group called connections when I was in High School was when you were interacting with students with different disablitities or older people I got into this club because I was in a dance class were we were kind of a team every other week we would go visit our little buddies at grade school and read to them.we would also go visit older buddies at the nursing home where we would dance for them and color with them that was always fun to see there faces light up with joy. except for my older buddie got really sick and she couldnt come out and visit i think eventually died can’t remember for sure but it was always fun times. we did a final presentation for everyone at the end of the semester we did a dance rountine i danced with one of my good friends we had a blast in that class everyday it was a to remember for ever and ever. lots of bonding but if i could change one thing about that class i would want more guys to be in that class way to many females is not good in one room…..

How is the culture of your generation different from that of your parents? the culture of my generation to my parents would have to that my culture is more leaning nt compared to theres where they had to do everything before they could do anything they had to get up and change the channel they didn’t have hd tv unlike me who has that and flat screen tv and they did not have cell phones or texting it didn’t even exist and their punishment compared to what i would get for a punishment is completely different they use to get a good whipping for there punishment instead of like me getting grounded for a couple days with all my stuff taken away nope they had it way tougher they had alot more complications than us my parents both grew up in different house holds my dads was more leaned back and my moms she had alot of chores to do when she was younger she use to have to pick up dog poop and place it in bread bags now days we have a shovel and Huck it over the fence see we would never think of putting dog poop in a bread bag thats just plain gross eww!! parents now days dont want to punish their children they want to be more of your friend instead of the bad guy except for my mom her and I are both she is my friend and my parent where when she was a young girl she didnt care for her mother very much they were not close…. i would say that i would not wanted to grow up in the time my parents did no thanks
